They perform a romantic blend of Bossa Nova, Jazz and Pop standards.

 

They have performed together for a number of years both in Australia and internationally at venues such as Sydney’s Manly Jazz Festival and various five star hotels in the Middle East including the Bahrain Intercontinental and the JW Marriott, Kuwait.

 

Their most recent adventure was a performing in Kuwait when the war on Iraq commenced in 2003 and being interviewed by Australian television’s “Today Tonight” in between air raids.

 

Both are graduates from the Australian National University and have spent time in Brazil honing their skills in the Bossa Nova repertoire. Cicilia sings in  English, Spanish and Portuguese in a style remniscent of Brazilian singer Astrid Gilberto.

 

Stephen is an outstanding guitarist able to move skillfully between the nylon string and electric guitars.
